How do I track my order?

What are your delivery options?
International delivery is available. Standard international FREE delivery 10-20 business days. Faster delivery is available for extra fee of 60$ 7-14 business days. Express delivery by Fedex 3-5 days (depending on location) is available and starts at $100. Please contact us to check express options that are available for your country and the price.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within a week after ordering a costume if the materials for said costume haven't been bought yet.
Are you responsible for delivery?
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. Please check the postal website for delivery updates using your tracking number. Additionally, we are not liable for delays resulting from customs clearance or for delays caused by failure to pick up packages in a timely manner.
What if the costume doesn't fit me?
Please check the accurate measurements of the sizes provided in the costume description :) For the majority of costumes you can provide your measurements to unsure a perfect fit.
What is your refund policy?
